LCD Projectors will be provided for PowerPoint presentations. However, if a laptop is required, presenters are responsible for providing their own. If any other equipment is needed (easel, overhead projector, etc.), please describe it here.

The RCAF awards banquet will be held at 6:00pm on the day of the conference. Attendance of all participants is requested. If there are special circumstances preventing your attendance at the banquet, please contact the Programming and Publicity coordinator as soon as possible.

If you have additional dietary restrictions, or you have multiple presenters, please describe these dietary needs in the Additional Comments section below.

Abstracts should be saved in PDF format, with your name and presentation title included.

GPC is happy to invite your colleagues, mentors, and advisors to attend your presentation. Please include several people in the list below and GPC will formally invite them to attend RCAF and especially your presentation. Put each attendee on a separate line and don't worry if text wraps. Include the following information:

Before each presentation, a session chair will introduce the presenter. Below, write a short biography of yourself which will give judges an idea of your background. Please limit biography to be readable in about 20-30 sec.

By submitting this application, you agree to the following guidelines:

  1. Presentations should be limited to the time restraints set forth on RCAF About page.
  2. As with all professional conferences, there is an expectation that presenters will be active participants in other sessions and presentations.
  3. All presenters are required to attend the Awards Banquet following the day’s events, or will be disqualified from the competition.
